Refunds
We DO NOT offer refunds of any kind. If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with your service, please notify Trilogy Salon & Spa within one week of your appointment. There will be no charge as long as adjustments are not outside the realm of anything originally discussed at the time of the consultation.
Deposits
- We require a deposit to secure appointments that exceed one hour long.
- The deposit is 50% of the scheduled service fee and can be made by calling (302) 292-351 or in person at the salon.
- If a deposit is not made within 24 hours of scheduling, the appointment will be automatically canceled.
- The full amount of the deposit will be applied to the balance due at the time of the visit.
- Rescheduling more than 24 hours before the appointment will allow transfer of deposit amount to newly scheduled appointment.
- Last-minute cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment OR No-Call/No-Show cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Tardiness
If you are running more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment time, you may be asked to reschedule.
Confirmation
You will receive a text from our scheduling system that will provide you with a link to confirm your appointment. If you do not confirm your appointment through the link one of our client coordinators will reach out personally. If you still do not confirm or respond, your appointment will automatically be cancelled.
Gratuity
Tips are not accepted through our credit card machine. Cash or Venmo gratuity appreciated! We have an ATM on location.
Gift Cards
We offer physical Gift Cards in salon, on the MeGo app or on our website at www.trilogysalon.com. We love being a part of a wonderful gift you may give to a loved one, business colleague, client, or friend.
Pricing Structure
Services vary in price depending on the length of hair, thickness of hair, time required, and products involved. Each service includes a calculated amount of product; any additional product outside of what is included will be charged for. Feel free to schedule a consultation to answer any questions you may have.
New Color Clients
As always, we are constantly working on being able to serve you in the best possible way. We want to make sure you are en route to your dream hair and proper time is allotted for your appointment. If you have not visited Trilogy Salon & Spa before we will ask you to contact us via email or text and provide us with information to help you achieve your hair goals!
